Great central location, just steps away from a bustling nightlife scene. Friendly staff, always ready to help out and answer any questions. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
The elevator was old and rickety, sometimes making me feel a bit uneasy. the walls were a bit thin, so I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms, but it wasn't too bad.

It took us 15 minutes to reach light square on foot. It's a perfect place for shopping.
Everything was fantastic.

Close to Rundle Mall. Surrounded by food outlets and convenience stores. Quiet.
Poor TV reception. Faulty A/C remote left you guessing about the settings. Lights too dim gives dingy feel to room.

The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk from the railway station and close to the center of town. Transportation options were convenient with a tram stop nearby. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was spacious and cozy, with clean towels and a comfortable bed.
Nothing all excellent.

It was very convenient to where we were celebrating in the City with friends. The man on the front desk was very nice and accomodating. The room was clean & tidy and we felt comfortable there. We asked for a quiet room and we were given one further back from the main street which was great. I would use the hotel again for an overnight stay. Thanks.
The room was very plain and could do with a little more colour to make it a bit cosier. :)

The room was clean and had a basic but comfortable bed. The location was convenient, within walking distance of all the places I needed to go. I also appreciated that my room was towards the backyard, away from any potential noise from the street.
The loud music from nearby pubs kept me awake all night, and the vibrations from the noise could even be felt in the building. The walls were dirty and there was a strong smell of smoke in the beds.

Location is good, close to the city centre.
Very noisy room. Noisy from outside and from the air conditioner. I have to stop the air conditioner (heater) before I can sleep. The blanket has blood droplet that made me feel uncomfortable.

Noisy all night especially with the air-conditioner whick makes all sorts of strange noises throught the night. The hot water from the shower is limited to a stream not a shower. No desk lamp and the lighting in the room is terrible. The tv set is small, outward and inefficient.

Most managers at the desk acknowledged us as we passed, but one man always remained with his head down when we passed, however when we spoke to him he was friendly.

location and price. If you want to be right in the middle of an entertainment district at a low price it is ok.
Low water pressure in shower. Hot water not very hot. Cups supplied with tea and coffee too small. Poor analogue TV reception on and old tv set.

It's close proximity on Hindley Street.
An over priced flophouse. Front desk staff grunt at you and ignore you. I wanted to hand my key in to go out and front desk staff totally ingnored me for ten minutes while he had a telephone conversation to a friend in a slavic language. There were no blankets on the bed and I froze during the night. When I asked if I could get a blanket, staff member grunted. left and never came back. There were often strange people wandering around the hotel who would stop and look at you, and I did not feel safe leaving my belongings locked up in the room, so I took them with me. There is something sinister and dodgy going on at this place.

As to location it was good and the room was serviced each day.
Too much noise at night especially the weekend. TV hardly worked, poor reception and just 1 channel basically to watch. No bath mat or shampoo, and sugar & tea bags very limited. Milk was 6 months out of date and replacement was 1 month out of date. Mould and lack of water especially hot was not flash in the shower. Reception while open 24/7 needs to be more helpful and at least aware of whats on & be able to answer general questions.

My drunk friend who I'm crazy about came and slept in my bed, which was the only good thing about it.
Location was seedy. I felt unsafe. The toilet leaked, and there was no bathmat to even soak it up. The room smelled so strongly of carpet deodorizer that it stripped the back of my nose out. I didn't sleep at all. The curtains wouldn't fully close and the window opened onto a carpark, so people pulling up could see me in bed! There was nowehere safe to store my laptop, so I had to take it everywhere I went. There were 4 coffee satchels, 4 tea bags, but a total of only 2 sugar satchels. Also, when I cancelled the booking for the following night (over 24 hours notice) they charged me a cancellation fee of $20 because they said Booked.net still took their commission, then later I got a cancellation notice from Booked.net - no charge.
